Lookie what I have!! I was so excited to try out Erin Baker's products- Erica sent me some yummy samples to try out! Of course, being the chocolate lover that I am, I HAD to try out the Double Chocolate Chunk Breakfast Cookie-my first thought is this cookie is so big I could share it with someone or save the other half for later. I really liked the taste of this cookie, very chewy and definitely filling! Some ingredients included are: whole grain oats, prune puree, brown rice syrup, chicory extract, molasses, cinnamon, chocolate chunks- it does include egg whites- so this is not a vegan friendly cookie for the vegans out there. I tried a little bite of the oatmeal raisin next and I really liked this cookie, I love that this is a healthier verson of the regular oatmeal raisin cookies that I always liked as a kid- these are really yummy! These breakfast cookies are all natural, no trans fat and no cholesterol AND they have 4-6 grams of Fiber per cookie depending on which flavor you try. With the granola, I chose to mix both packs of the Fruit & Nut and the Peanut Butter- but I could definitely tell that the peanut butter flavor was dominant- it was really yummy. The hubby would have liked this one for sure. The peanut butter granola was my favorite. Erin Baker's Granolas are made with organic whole grains, baked fresh in their own kitchen and sweetened with organic honey- for 1.5 oz- the fiber content ranged from 3-4 grams on these two flavors.
